Who we are

This policy covers apps published by JMO Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”), including On Hand Cocktails and DHE — Daily Health & Exercise, and any future apps that link here.

Our approach

We design apps to keep your data on your device whenever we can. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising networks in our apps. We do not create accounts unless an app clearly says so.

No sale of personal information
No third-party ads
No tracking you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising

On Hand Cocktails

What the app stores (on your iPhone only)

Photos you add of drinks you made

We do not create an account for you. We do not run a server that receives your bar, recipes, or photos.

Camera and photos

Camera: match a cocktail you see, or take a photo of a drink you made
Photo library: choose a photo to attach to a recipe

Matching a drink from the camera happens on your device. We do not upload those pictures to ourselves.

Sharing

If you share a recipe, the iOS share sheet sends it only where you choose (Messages, Mail, and so on).

DHE — Daily Health & Exercise

What the app stores (on your device)

Workouts, sets, and exercise history
Food and water logs you enter
Body measurements and progress photos you choose to save
Sleep sessions, sleep notes, and tags you add to a night
Supplements you log and their reminder times
App settings such as units, goals, and alarm times

This health and fitness data stays on your device unless you export or share it yourself. We do not operate a login or cloud sync for this app at this time.

Camera, photos, and barcodes

Camera / photo library: progress photos or reading a nutrition label
Barcode scan: looks up product nutrition using the public Open Food Facts database over the internet

When you scan a barcode, the product code is sent to Open Food Facts to fetch nutrition info. That lookup follows Open Food Facts’ own practices. We do not receive a copy of your full food diary from that service.

Apple Health

If you allow it, DHE on your iPhone reads Active Energy, Resting Energy, step count, and sleep analysis (including sleep stages when Apple Health has them) from Apple Health. DHE uses this data only to show it to you in the app, such as your calorie balance, step goal, and last night’s sleep. The iPhone app does not read heart rate and does not write anything to Apple Health.

If you start a workout in the DHE Apple Watch app, the Watch reads your heart rate, active energy, and step count to show them on your wrist during the workout, and saves the workout, with its heart rate and active energy, to Apple Health. DHE does not use heart rate for sleep.

Health data is read on your devices and is not sent to us or to anyone else. You can change access anytime in the Health app under Sharing → Apps.

Information from Apple Health (HealthKit) is never used for advertising or marketing, is never sold, and is never shared with advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

Sleep tracking (Premium)

DHE does not use the microphone. It never listens to, records, or analyzes sound
Bed and wake times, sleep notes, and the nights you track are stored on your iPhone
On nights with Apple Watch or other sleep data in Apple Health, DHE shows time asleep and a short Deep, Core, and REM summary read from Apple Health. Otherwise it shows only time in bed
You can delete any night in the app with Delete this night

Sleep results are for personal wellness, not a medical diagnosis.

Easy Wake alarm, reminders, and notifications

Easy Wake, supplement reminders, and water reminders are scheduled on your iPhone as local alarms and notifications. They are not sent through a server.

Sleep notes and supplements

Notes and tags you add to a night, and supplements you log, are stored on your device and used only to show your history and patterns in the app.

Home Screen widget

The water widget reads DHE’s own data on your device to show today’s water and let you log a glass. It does not send data anywhere.

Deleting your data

Delete DHE from your iPhone to remove everything it stored. Data that lives in Apple Health is managed in the Health app.

DHE on Android

DHE for Android works without an account and keeps your logs (water, workouts, food, measurements, progress photos, sleep sessions, sleep notes and tags, and supplements) on your phone. App data is not backed up to the cloud.

Health Connect. If you allow it, DHE reads your steps, active calories burned, total calories burned, and sleep from Health Connect. DHE uses this data only to show it to you in the app: your step count, daily calorie balance, and last night’s sleep. Health Connect data is read on your phone; DHE does not write to Health Connect and does not send this data off your device. DHE does not sell it, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or transfer it to data brokers, and no person reads it. You can revoke access anytime in Health Connect settings. DHE’s use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sleep tracking (Premium). DHE does not use the microphone and never listens to, records, or analyzes sound. Bed and wake times, sleep notes, and the nights you track are stored on your phone. On nights with watch or other sleep data in Health Connect, DHE shows time asleep and a short sleep stage summary read from Health Connect; otherwise it shows only time in bed. You can delete any night in the app. Sleep results are for personal wellness, not a medical diagnosis.

Easy Wake alarm. Easy Wake is a local alarm on your phone. DHE uses Android’s exact alarm permission so it rings on time and a full-screen notification so you can see and stop it from the lock screen. Alarms are rescheduled on your phone after a restart. Nothing is sent to a server.

Sleep notes and supplements. Notes and tags you add to a night, and supplements you log, are stored on your phone and used only to show your history and patterns in the app.

Camera. The camera is used only to scan barcodes and nutrition labels; images are processed on your device and are not stored or uploaded.

Barcode lookups. When you scan a barcode, DHE sends only the barcode number to Open Food Facts to fetch nutrition information. No account or identifier is sent.

Notifications. Water reminders, supplement reminders, and Easy Wake alarms are scheduled on your device.

Home screen widget. The water widget reads DHE’s own data on your phone to show today’s water and let you log a glass. It does not send data anywhere.

Purchases. DHE Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details; Google Play’s privacy policy applies. You can manage or cancel in Google Play under Subscriptions.

Deleting your data. Uninstall DHE or clear its app data in Android Settings to delete everything it stored.

Crash and diagnostics

Apple (and Google Play, for Android apps) may provide anonymous crash and performance diagnostics for apps on the App Store when you allow it in iOS Settings. We use those reports only to fix bugs and improve reliability.

Children

Our apps are for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own servers. On Hand is a cocktail app intended for adults of legal drinking age where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes that affect how an app handles data will be reflected in that app’s App Store privacy labels and Google Play Data safety section as required.
